Customer Support Specialist,
For a Dhiraagu Project
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls (survey, retention, and marketing) as per given guidelines.
Interact with customers positively and confidently to achieve the given objective.
Log customer interaction data for reporting purposes.
Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised by customers.
Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
Case-by-case provisioning of services for customer requests made during outbound interactions.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Treat customer information confidential.
Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
Provide assistance to other contact center teams as and when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE O' level standard in English, Mathematics and Dhivehi.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and Dhivehi.
Experience in handling customers.
Adequate knowledge of Dhiraagu products, services, policies, and guidelines.
Computer literate.
Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Adequate knowledge of complaint management practices.
Responsible and honest personality.
